All of our products are carefully handcrafted, packaged, and prepared with love. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales, or major launches), processing may take up to 7 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

🧴 Warm Weather Shipping (For Body Butters & Balms)

During warmer months, our natural body butters and balms may melt in transit. Please bring your package indoors as soon as possible and allow time for products to cool and solidify. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.
