🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Gardens of Agape, each product is crafted with intention, love, and care. Because many of our items are handmade and made-to-order, we have a no returns policy. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will gladly work with you if there’s a problem with your order.

đź’ˇ All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products—including skincare, body butters, teas, and personal-use items—all sales are final and non-refundable.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Body butters, scrubs, teas, or bath products (for hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Clothing or loungewear worn or washed

  • Customized or limited edition items

đź’” Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

📸 Send a photo of the item and packaging to Thegardensofagape@gmail.com along with your order number.

If eligible, we will:

  • Offer a replacement (if item is in stock), or

  • Provide store credit or a partial refund at our discretion

đźš« Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, we cannot guarantee cancellation as we may begin processing your order right away.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If this happens, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members or neighbors

  • Contacting your local post office

  • Filing a claim with the shipping carrier
